Người cư trú hợp pháp tại Hà Lan có thể bảo lãnh bạn đời sang Hà Lan, miễn là thẻ cư trú của người bảo lãnh không thuộc một trong các diện được liệt kê trong hình dưới đây.
Thời hạn thẻ cư trú và quyền làm việc của người được bảo lãnh phụ thuộc vào loại thẻ cư trú của người bảo lãnh. Vì vậy, các quyền lợi này có thể khác nhau tùy từng trường hợp.

Een persoon die rechtmatig in Nederland verblijft, kan zijn of haar partner naar Nederland laten komen, mits de verblijfsvergunning van de referent niet onder een van de in de onderstaande afbeelding genoemde categorieën valt.
De geldigheidsduur van de verblijfsvergunning en het recht om te werken van de partner zijn afhankelijk van het type verblijfsvergunning van de referent. Deze rechten kunnen daarom per situatie verschillen.

A person who is lawfully residing in the Netherlands may sponsor their partner to come to the Netherlands, provided that the sponsor’s residence permit does not fall under one of the categories listed in the image below.
The validity period of the partner’s residence permit and their right to work depend on the type of residence permit held by the sponsor. These rights may therefore vary from case to case.

Tùy thuộc vào loại giấy phép cư trú mà bạn đang có, giấy phép cư trú của bạn có thể bị thu hồi nếu bạn xin trợ cấp xã hội, ví dụ như trợ cấp sinh hoạt (bijstand) hoặc trợ cấp Wajong.
Việc xin trợ cấp tiền thuê nhà, trợ cấp bảo hiểm y tế, trợ cấp chăm sóc trẻ em hoặc trợ cấp nuôi con sẽ không ảnh hưởng đến quyền cư trú của bạn.

Afhankelijk van het type verblijfsvergunning dat u heeft, kan uw verblijfsvergunning worden ingetrokken als u een beroep doet op sociale uitkeringen, zoals de bijstand of een Wajong-uitkering.
Een aanvraag voor huurtoeslag, zorgtoeslag, kinderopvangtoeslag of kinderbijslag heeft geen gevolgen voor uw verblijfsrecht.

Depending on the type of residence permit you hold, your residence permit may be revoked if you apply for social benefits, such as 'bijstand' or 'Wajong'.
An application for rent subsidy, health care subsidy, child care benefits or child benefits has no impact on your right of residence.

Trong một số trường hợp, người không thể vượt qua kỳ thi hội nhập mặc dù đã có những nỗ lực cần thiết, có thể được miễn yêu cầu này. Ý kiến tích cực từ DUO có thể được sử dụng khi nộp hồ sơ xin nhập quốc tịch Hà Lan hoặc giấy phép cư trú vô thời hạn.

Als u ondanks uw inspanningen het inburgeringsexamen niet kunt halen, kunt u in sommige gevallen een ontheffing krijgen. Een positief DUO-advies kan vervolgens worden gebruikt bij een aanvraag voor naturalisatie of een verblijfsvergunning voor onbepaalde tijd.

If you have made every effort but are still unable to pass the integration exam, you may be eligible for an exemption in certain cases. A positive DUO assessment can be used when applying for Dutch citizenship or a permanent residence permit.

Trong một số trường hợp, có thể áp dụng luật EU. Các lợi thế chính bao gồm:
• không cần xin MVV (không phải thi A1);
• có thể chờ kết quả hồ sơ tại Hà Lan;
• không có nghĩa vụ hội nhập.
