Brazilian Citizenship By Investment

• BRAZILIAN PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT

The foreigner who intends to have the Brazilian Permanent Visa or Citizenship to reside or only to invest in Brazil and pay low taxes can start an economic activity (example: buying property for Allotment, for construction of Houses, Villas, Apartments, Condominiums, Marina, etc.), in order to have granted a permanent residence visa or citizenship by investment with his own capital.

The investment of own resources of foreign capital should be done preferably in a new Brazilian company, and can be used for productive activities as for example buying property for Allotment, for construction of Houses, Villas, Apartments, Condominiums, Marina, etc. for the foreigner's own company.
