CHECKOUT WHAT TO DO IF YOU WANT TO START WITH A STRONG FOUNDATION.

Most building failures don’t start from the roof, they begin underground, at the foundation. If the base of your structure is weak, everything above it is living on borrowed time. Unfortunately, this is where many unqualified quacks take shortcuts.

To avoid disasters and wasted money, here are some vital checks you must not ignore during foundation work:

1. Proper Digging
The trench must go deep enough to reach firm soil. For bungalows, at least 450mm (1feet six inches) is required, while multi-storey houses need about 900mm (3 feet) or more. Never assume the surface soil will carry your load. ( This is usually determined by a structural engineer)

2. Concrete Before Blocks
Laying blocks directly on soil with mortar is a recipe for failure. A proper concrete layer (blinding) must be poured first before blockwork begins.

3. Elevation Against Floods
Your foundation height should protect your home from rainwater or flooding. Don’t only rely on the road level, observe the area’s water flow and neighboring plots.

4. Waterproofing with DPM
A damp-proof membrane (DPM) is your shield against ground moisture. Without it, your tiles, plaster, and finishes will get damaged over time.

5. Strength of Materials
Weak or substandard materials compromise the entire structure. Only use quality cement, aggregates, and reinforcement that guarantee durability.

6. Professional Input
For All buildings, only a structural engineer can confirm how deep and what type of foundation is safe after reviewing soil test results.

SEMI-DETACHED DUPLEX- is a building designed that Is built together but share fence for demarcating With just two build share same parcel of land.

FULLY DETACHED DUPLEX- is a building that is designed to stand on a floor on it own it can be 3 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms with maid room so this building standby with not any side attachment.

You only get this kind of C of O, if you buy Land where Government allocated for people to build houses and the C of O is valid for just only 99 years. After 99 years so otilor niyen.
2. AGRICULTURAL C of O
You have this kind of C of O if you buy land where Government allocated the land for some main purpose of farming, if you like build hotel or anything, is agricultural C of O they will issue you because it's has been designed for farming alone but most our people we don't like fo consult for good information and this C of O is valid for only 25 to 28 years only for example EPE axis of Lagos state was designed for Agricultural purposes and some part of Epe are residential
3. INDUSTRIAL C of O
If you have this kind of C of O if you buy land in this axis Government allocated for building industries you can only build industrial property there
4. FAMILY C of O
Some reputable confirmed Omonile Families have their own C of O but not common like that though in their own name and its valid and this type of C of O does not at Expire is for life till Jesu come back.
5. STATE GOVERNMENT ALLOCATED C of O
