Our Joseph Siyaidon, Esq, LLM, MCIArb will be attending 'The Regional Training Workshop on Dispute Management in Africa's Infrastructure Projects' at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce International Arbitration Center. This regional workshop is a platform to learn and network with the giants in International Arbitration. Infrastructure attracts about 65% of Foreign Direct Investments into Africa. A platform for dispute resolution via ADR in Africa's Infrastructure Projects Contracts is therefore vital to address the Africa's infrastructural deficit and to sustain the flow of FDIs. This is because effective and efficient dispute resolution mechanism is regarded all over the world as a vital indices for measuring the ease of doing business in any economy.

ABILI, ESTHER I. Esq. is a graduate of Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, where she obtained her LL.B (Hons) in 2011.

She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. She joined Adedipe & Adedipe in January, 2013.

She is a member of the Port Harcourt Branch of the Nigeria Bar Association. Her areas of interest include Commercial and Corporate Law, Oil and Gas Law and Property and Conveyancing law. She is presently pursuing a master of laws degree.

JOY AWOALA JACK, Esq. is a graduate of Rivers State University of Science & Technology now Rivers State University, Port Harcourt. She was called to Nigerian Bar in the year 2004. She did her NYSC programme with Ifo Local Government Area, Ogun State. After her NYSC programme, she joined the law firm of Oloriegbe & Co. before taking up an appointment as special legal assistant to the Deputy Governor of Rivers State from 2007 -2015. She eventually joined the law firm of Adedipe & Adedipe in 2016. She is presently a post graduate student of RSU, Port Harcourt. She is a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation (CITN).
