Instead of scheduling a resit of the Jamb exam in the five South Eastern states, the entire Jamb results for the year should have been cancelled and a new exam date fixed.

I don't want to delve into the rationale behind the South Eastern states being the states in the Federation that were greatly affected by the purported "glitch".

The Jamb Registrar ought to have resigned by now because of the huge incompetence displayed by the Board.

Jamb should be scrapped and institutions of higher learning allowed to conduct their intake exams for prospective students.

One of the setbacks of the scientific method of problem solving is patterning the procedure to suit the formulated hypothesis. Anything that would tilt the procedure contrary to the laid down hypothesis is not welcomed.
Same as our legal jurisprudence. A party that goes to court goes with only one aim. Win. Once there's no win, the system is seen as a jeopardized one. Sentiment aside, the law remains the law. Take it or leave it.
