*SEVEN DANGEROUS PEOPLE IN AN ORGANISATION YOU NEED TO KNOW AND HANDLE THEM WITH WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE*:

As a Leader, beware that at one stage or the other in your church, business or association, you will find yourself dealing with the following groups of people. If you don't have wisdom to deal with them, your position and efforts are in danger.

1. *THOMAS GROUP* -They walk with you but they don't really believe in you. Though God can use you in front of them, they are not easily moved they take time to believe in you. These people can delay your vision and they are also not aware they are also delaying themselves. It's a struggle and a burden to lead people who don't believe in you.

2. *JUDAS GROUP*- They walk with you but they have issues with you when God begins to bless you. They are not happy when things of great value are given to you. In short they are jealous of your success. When elevation comes they will say we are poor in the work place but the Boss is driving a BMW 5 series but we have people that are struggling financially in this workplace. They want you to drive a probox which will make them happy. They have serious issues if your life becomes better and better. They talk as if you don't care about the poor. Hear these Leaders, anyone who is jealous about your prosperity in your workplace tomorrow he will betray you.

3. *ABSALOM GROUP*- You give them opportunity to teach or lead and he begins to see himself as the Leader of the place, he believes he can teach and lead better than you. When he leads, he leads to prove a point that he is better than you, he won't even mention you in his conversation. He works behind you to steal the hearts of people so that people will follow him. He will make people to feel they are neglected in your position. He will tell people he is there for them to help them anytime they need help. This one he is in competition with you , he believes he can be a better Leader than you . Tomorrow trust me he will split your followers.

4. *KORAH GROUP*- This one will challenge your authority, he believes you are at the same level with everyone and he has issues when others give honor to you. He will say you are honoring this man too much. He has issues when you give instructions, he is rebellious and dangerous because he sees you as someone who is at the same level with him. He believes everyone is professional and everyone is educated so what is so special about you .

5. *HAM GROUP*- This one he will expose your nakedness, the day you find yourself in a shameful act, He will tell everybody your weaknesses and he will be happy to expose your disaster .

6. *GEHAZI GROUP*-He is with you but he will be collecting money from behind your back. He takes advantage that he is close to the Leader and use that to collect things from people. He borrows money from people and he does not pay them back. He goes to people to ask for financial assistance and make people feel you are not taking good care of him as he serves in the house.

7. *DEOTREPHES GROUP*- This one is too dangerous, he is famous in the workplace/group/association, he has power and influence and has a voice amongst the people. He speaks malicious words behind your back . He is poisonous, he can come with stories that can totally destroy your image as a Leader. He can come up with serious lies that cause people to leave your group. He will come with stories that you are using their money , you are sleeping with women and using charms to sustain your position. His stories are very harmful and dangerous.

Therefore I pray that God will give you wisdom to deal with all these kinds of spirits because, no Leader can rise to higher level of his calling until all these spirits have been dealt with in his environment, and if you deal with them in a canal way you can cause more damage to yourself and your job. Depend on God through prayers and you will overcome.

Which group do you belong to?

May God help us to lead well.... indeed

"SAVING MY DATA FROM RUNNING OUT FAST"

Today, out of every 10 adults, 8 are with Android phones or OS phone. Infact, it's been estimated that more people spend more time with their smartphones online than with people.

It ranges from using applications to searching the web, surfing information and researching words and statements. We spend at least a few hours a day connected to the internet.

But at what cost to acquiring it?

While wifi becomes more and more accessible depending on your current location and availability of the WiFi facilities, using data is still the in thing for many people on the go.

Moreover, while some data plans are unlimited depending on your preferred network provider, many are restricted to 50MB -1TB of data.

When it comes to saving data, there are a few things to take into consideration to save cost while enjoying the validity period allocated to your purchases by your mobile network provider.

How to Reduce Data Usage

While cutting down data on popular apps like Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook can stretch your data plan, network providers today allow free mode on some of the apps on daily or weekly basis based on their 'bonus data" market strategy

1. Disable background app refresh: most Apps are constantly running in the background even when you aren’t using them. They perform activities like automatically downloading updates and syncing information. Automatic app refreshing uses up a lot of data and is less than necessary for your apps to function properly. This is why it is a keen idea to disable the feature.

Practical way to disable background app refresh:

On Android phones, open Settings > open Data Usage to view statistics on your apps’ data consumption. If any one app is using too much data for your liking, click the app and turn on the “Restrict app background data” toggle switch. This will stop all background activity.

On iPhones, this feature is under Settings > General > Background App Refresh. You can turn off background activity for certain or all apps. You can even choose for apps to only update while connected to WiFi. If you ever change your mind, just untoggle or reset back to these settings in the same places.

2. Avoid desktop versions of sites on mobile devices: Stick to mobile versions of the website which comes as App nowadays. Mobile sites are optimized best for smaller screen sizes. They will not be bogged down by large files, clunky videos, or incompatible Flash features. Manually switching to the desktop version of the site may seem more familiar at first, but doing so will cause your phone to use extra data to load the full site. Stick to App form.

3. Use WiFi if Available: Your phone automatically switched from cellular data to WiFi, and vice versa. it will opt to use cellular data. You can check if your phone is connected to WiFi by looking for the WiFi symbol of three curved lines at the top of your phone screen. If you do not see that symbol, you can check under your phone’s Settings for what WiFi networks are available nearby. This you can switch-on your WiFi button to access open WiFi. Store the preferred as it prompt and next time you visit, your phone will remember the network and automatically connect. Always be sure to check your phone’s WiFi Searching is enabled in Settings or in the Control Panel (the screen that appears when you swipe up).

Forgetting to turn on WiFi is one of the easiest ways to use up too much data and also your battery, but most places nowadays have free WiFi. Just be sure that you are connecting to a secure, legitimate WiFi, and ask providers to verify the SSID number to avoid false WiFi networks attempting to hack your device and steal your information or data.

4. Set data alerts to check on cellular usage: Your phone and cellular service can provide you with updates on your data usage. It’s a good idea to set up these alerts so you know when you have used too much data and need to start conserving.

Turn on data alerts on Android, go to Settings > Network & Internet > Data Usage > Mobile Data Usage. Tap the “Set data warning” switch on to be blue.

Know that this process is slightly different for Samsung Galaxy users. Within Settings, tap Connections > Data Usage > Billing Cycle and Data Warning. Turn on the “Data limit” switch. Now you will receive updates when your data is nearly used up and when it is fully gone.

Though iPhones do not come with a built-in alert system, you can however check your data usage under Settings > Cellular and manually keep track of your data usage week to week or month to month. Another way to track your data is by downloading your cellular provider’s app to set up data usage alerts. These apps are usually free and will send you updates when you have reached set increments of your monthly data.

5. Avoid downloading Heavy Files or multimedia you don't need or watching all manner of videos that pop on Apps and websites.

Block unnecessary pop-ups of adverts and videos and don't click on pop-ups that's not your priority for surfing the net.

Now that you know how to save data, take a few minutes to update your settings and reflect on what apps you can cut down on. Remember to use safe, private wifi when you can, and to toggle off cellular data for apps that are rarely used. These tips can save you money on your cellular bill and battery life for your devices.

Amazing Facts Daily Devotional

*BIG CASTLES*
June 05, 2022

*An Amazing Fact:* The Prague Castle is the biggest castle in the world, measuring 1,870 feet in length and 426 feet in width. It has been home to kings of Bohemia, Holy Roman Emperors, and presidents of the Czechoslovakia and Czech Republic since about the 9th century. It could house 87 White Houses or six Buckingham Palaces.

Castles were basically European inventions of the 9th century. Nobles built castles to control territories, and castles were both defensive and offensive in nature. They were bases of military from which raids could be launched but also provided protection from enemies. Common in the medieval period, castles were used for a variety of purposes, including military, administration, and domestic. The advent of the cannon seemed to diminish castles use as military bases. So instead, they became places to exhibit wealth and impress others. The Prague Castle houses several churches, monasteries, homes, gardens, palaces, and defense towers. Today there are several museums, art collections, and exhibitions on display.

Castles are often, but not always, fortresses. They were originally built to protect people inside. Moats surrounded castles, and drawbridges pulled up made it more difficult for the enemy to pe*****te. Arrow slits (or loopholes) were openings that provided archers places to fire on attackers. Other common features were baileys (fortified enclosures), the keep (a central fortified tower), curtain walls (defensive walls surrounding a bailey), and gatehouse (to control entry).

God has been spoken of in the Bible as a fortress. David wrote, “Blessed be the Lord my Rock, who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle—my lovingkindness and my fortress, my high tower and my deliverer, my shield and the One in whom I take refuge, who subdues my people under me” (Psalm 144:1, 2). David found strength from the Lord to do battle, as well as protection (“refuge”) in God. So we may turn to our mighty heavenly Father for help in times of trial as well as safety from our enemy.

Turn to Jesus as your true source of power and protection. Our God is like a mighty fortress in which we can find shelter from the storms of life.
