Let me tell you a little secret about my parent. He said..
My dad worked extremely hard, he was an electrician and he recognized that all the builders who employed him were developing land they had purchased years and years ago.
He also recognized they were all fairly rich.
My parents too were able to save some money to eventually had enough to buy 6-acres of land outside the city and started living there.
It cost them N800,000 Ten years later, a developer decided he wanted to build a shopping mall on that same land "property". My parents sold it for N180m, Of course they are retired now and live quite comfortably, but I guarantee that without the purchase and sale of this property, they would have been living from hand to mouth.
Thank goodness my father recognized the power of investment and especially the value of investing in real estate. Now you know why I keep advising you to invest in real estate.
Rich people see Money as “seed” that can be planted to earn more Money in future, but Poor people see Money as “fruit” they spend/eat and continue to work harder even in old age.
Do you see Money as seed or fruit? Think about it….
