Your Mission
Take ownership of a robust pipeline of warm, high-potential leads—cold-calling is a plus.
Move prospects through a consultative sales process, converting interest into paid engagements.
Build and nurture strategic partnerships with organizations, communities, and professional networks.
Execute targeted outreach and activations to drive both B2C and B2B growth.
Maintain meticulous records and reporting in our CRM and collaboration tools.
Deliver weekly updates on conversion efficiency and pipeline health.
Who You Are
A proven closer with at least 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
Skilled at building trust, handling objections, and closing high-value deals.
Connected within Lagos’ tech, professional, or high-net-worth communities.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and productivity tools (HubSpot, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Notion).
Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required if you have a strong track record).
Results-driven, disciplined, and ready to work in a hybrid environment.
Culturally sensitive, globally minded, and passionate about growth.
