Currently the refinery is almost stopped due to the lack of liquidity and financial reasons and other special reasons related to the owners of the refinery… for this reason the refinery is for sale.. the owner’s nationality is Pakistani… the refinery has a very high income in the event that it operates normally as it was before..for example in 2014 And 2015 its annual income exceeded one billion dirhams
