On Monday, 3rd of feb 2014, i called up a law firm on the island (i won't want to mention the name of the firm) concerning a matter, and as a prospective client, i made up my mind never to call that office anymore, and of course, i wont recommend the office to anyone, and i wont hesitate to discourage anyone who plans to get legal service from that same office.
THE fact that the person i spoke with had no manners, didn't use the right words and made me feel i'm not appreciated has made me conclude that the WHOLE firm lacks effective client service and communication.
That means, they have lost a prospective client , the opportunity to get a return client too.
