1. Both parties shall sign SPA and the Buyer shall return the signed SPA with Throughput Agreement.

2. Buyer's bank issues bank comfort letter, Seller upon reciept will expeditiously instruct Captain of Seller’s loaded Vessel to issue, NOR, open communication with Tank Farm and sail to the TANK FARM LOCATION and issue MATB.

3. Buyer Super cargo and Inspector go on board to confirm Product and take samples, & Super cargo remains on board pending Q & Q Report.

4. Buyer’s Inspector releases Q & Q Report to Buyer and Seller and their Banks and Seller releases Seller’s Commercial Invoice to Buyer’s Bank to process Payment based on Q & Q Report.

5. Buyer pays 50% of cargo before discharge into tank farm.

6. After completion of Vessel discharge of Product into TANK FARM STORAGE, Inspector confirms quantity of discharged product and within 5 days balance of 50% is paid into Seller’s Account, including Commissions to all Intermediaries Accounts via Swift Wire Transfer MT103.

7. Vessel sails off after confirmation.
