HOW DO I KNOW THIS LAND IS GENUINE?
This is one question you should ask before paying for any land.
And honestly, you should ask it.
Don't just hear, “This land is available,” and bring out your money immediately.
Before you pay, find out who owns the land. Ask to see the documents. Check the survey. Confirm the location. Find out if the land has any government issue, family dispute, or another person claiming ownership.
Also, don't depend only on what the seller tells you.
A nice picture of land on WhatsApp is not proof that the land is genuine.
Even if the land looks like heaven in the picture, you still need to verify it. Nobody wants to buy “land” today and start looking for the owner tomorrow.
