C of O doesn't guarantee full ownership of a property. It's just like most property title that come with a few clauses..

Although, I highly recommend you acquire a C of O for your properties.

However, if you fail to do one simple thing...
you will stand a chance of a revocation notice from the government or face reallocation by companies which you bought the property from.

In most severe cases, you might even loose your property on the process if you fail to do one simple thing...

*Abide by the act of non possession agreement (physical activity on the property)*

This entails that within 3yrs of acquisition you must show a physical activity on the property. It could be fenciing or building on the property

This is one of the most effecient ways to ensure you don't run in to issues later .
