The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV)

Who We Are
Founded in 1969, NIESV is a non-profit, voluntary professional organization dedicated to advancing the real estate profession in Nigeria.
We gained official recognition in 1975 through Decree No. 24 (now CAP. E13 LFN 2004), which established the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) to regulate and uphold professional standards.

What We Do
Estate Surveyors and Valuers provide a wide range of professional services, including:

- Valuation Services
- Land and buildings (sale, mortgage, insurance, taxation, probate, balance sheets, etc.)
- Plant, machinery, equipment, vehicles, installations, and infrastructure
