ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES AND PROBATE
INTRODUCTION
The primary purpose of Probate practice and administration of Estate Law in Nigeria is to give expression to the wishes and intents of a deceased man(testator).
The purpose of this lectures is to educate the public, particularly my followers on the need to order their lives and assets while alive, and to educate the beneficiaries (Wives, Children, parents, relations etc) as the case may be on the appropriate steps to take to access the deceased assets.
A lot of people are afraid of making a will because they feel, once they make a will, they will die soon after.
Also, most people meddle with a deceased assets and properties without obtaining probate or letters of adminstration.
In this space, you will learn the A-Z steps on how to order your family and properties while alive, or how to access a deceased properties.
