RAMADAN KAREEM: A SEASON OF COMPASSION, GIVING, AND BLESSINGS
In the spirit of the holy month of Ramadan a sacred period defined by sacrifice, compassion, and generosity we were privileged to extend our support to our esteemed constituents, particularly our Muslim brothers and sisters who are faithfully observing the fast.
As part of our unwavering commitment to the welfare and well-being of our people, we facilitated the distribution of cash assistance, wrappers, fabric materials, and essential food items. This initiative is intended to ease the burden of the fasting period and support our constituents as they prepare for the joyous celebration of Eid-el-Fitr.

Ramadan serves as a profound reminder of the virtues of charity, particularly Zakat and Sadaqah. As stated in the Holy Qur’an:
“The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like that of a seed of grain which grows seven ears; in every ear are a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies [His reward] for whom He wills.” (Qur’an 2:261)

Indeed, acts of giving transcend obligation they are pathways to divine blessings, mercy, and forgiveness. They foster unity, uplift the less privileged, and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood within our communities.
I wish to express my sincere appreciation to our leader, His Excellency, Alhaji Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya (Danmajen Gombe), whose visionary leadership and steadfast support continue to inspire a culture of selfless service to humanity.
I also extend my heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated supporters and well-wishers for your unwavering loyalty, encouragement, and prayers. Your continued support remains the cornerstone of our collective achievements.
As we progress through this blessed month, may Allah (SWT) accept our fasts, prayers, and acts of charity, and grant us abundant rewards.

This morning, I had a productive engagement with a delegation from Kumbi Kotton of Gwandum Ward on a very important community-based matter affecting our people. The discussion was fruitful and focused on practical ways to address their concerns and strengthen development efforts within the ward.
