hold discussions, and undertake negotiations and arrangement
towards debt recovery.
3.Legal Secretaries – Act as legal secretaries to companies and
Corporations and if need be attend Board Meetings and General
Meetings of Companies as proxies and offer legal advices as at
when required.
•Conduct comprehensive Legal Search and Enquiries for Bank and
Organizations on diverse issues of interest at Land Registries
Nationwide and Corporate Affairs Commission.
•Preparation, documentation and perfecting of conveyance and related
document including Leases, Sub-leases, Assignments, Power of
attorney, Deed of Surrender and/or Discharge and other varied
documentations involved in land transactions.
•Defend Civil and Criminal Litigation against Banks and Commercial
Institutions, Companies, Corporations and Organizations as may be
instructed from to time.
•Incorporation of businesses (Limited & Public Liability Companies,
Partnerships, Incorporated Trustees and Trade Names), preparation
and advice on documentations relating to Company securities and
finances, and to so act as adviser. ADR-We make representation for clients on matters before Arbitration Panels and or constitute Arbitration panel for settlement of divergent claims, disputes or conflicts of parties, restructuring of agreements and clarification of ambiguities on legal documents.
