The instructive maxim, "Lex non favet desidiosis"(the Law does not aid the indolence) simply means that the law does not favor or help those who are lazy, indolent or neglectful 😊.

It's a powerful reminder that diligence and proactive behavior are valued in the eyes of the law 🧑‍⚖️

In other words, "Vigilantibus non dormientibus jura subveniunt"(Vigilance aids the indulgence),which also means that "the laws help those who are vigilant, not those who sleep", conveys the idea that the law supports and protects those who are diligent and watchful, rather than those who are neglectful or inattentive.It's a call to action , urging us to be attentive and diligent in protecting our rights and interests, as this is what attracts the law's support and protection 🧑‍⚖️ Be informed!
