"Ooooohh!!! This guy again? Pyegyi layout is Amac allocation that does not exist again, it has been revoked redesigned into Guzape 11 district. Many developers that sells peyigy district sell amac tittle with hope that they will be able to integrate theirs into guzape 11. Some are successful while many will not be successful. My advice for anyone investing in Abuja is not to listen to any types of cajole.
1) Run away from any area council especially Amac, unscrupulous developers are deceiving unformed investors and those investors will likely cry today or in the future.
2) Any developer that calls Dakibiu district wuye district is deceitful and not trustworthy, dakibiu is dakibiu, wuye is wuye, katampe extension is katampe extension, Dawaki is Dawaki, Asokoro is Asokoro, maitama is maitama, wuse is wuse, wuse 2 is wuse 2 they are all disffrent interms of types of infrastructures, security, proximity and facilities, even their statutory charges are different Asokoro is #10,000, per sqm while kugbo is #2,000 per sqm. You should ask why they prefer to call it another district instead of the actual district it was. Pls don't fall for it.
3) Before you invest in any real estate plot, ask for their little document, conduct legal search and wait for search report, it only cost #10,000, request for development control approval or conveyance, request for document that legally transfer the tittle to whoever u re dealing with such as power of anthony.
4) Finally Take possessions of your property immediately, if u re not ready to take possession, don't buy estate plot from developers, buy proper government allocation from Abuja geographic information system (AGIS) under FCDA only and pay up your statutory fees as at when due and u will be fine but if u can't get any fcda Agis allocation to buy invest your money somewhere else."
