The categories and rebate are as follows;

They have Diplomatic, Orthopedic and Executive categories for a flat of N10, 000 per night . The regular rates for these categories are N14, 500, 14,000 and 12, 250 respectively.

Situated at 18 Opobo road, Aba. The hotel has 12 Suites which goes for N25,000 and N20, 000 per night in their respective categories. However we were given a flat rate of N10, 000. The hotel is a stone throw from the Addrex Hotel.
