In Mozambique, a trademark registered in Class 35 may be an obstacle to similar registrations in other classes, as it covers very broad business activities. Always include Class 35 in your registrability search!

Brand Identification Training - Braz & Associados hosted an Anti-Counterfeiting, Brand Identification training session for Mozambique Customs officials on the 27th of October 2022 at our offices in Maputo.
