作为雇主，最怕遇到的情况是什么？
As an Employer, What’s the Biggest Fear?

辛苦经营生意，却还要面对内部态度恶劣、频频请假、甚至破坏公司的员工。

好不容易忍无可忍决定解雇，
结果员工一纸投诉到劳工部，开口就要赔偿！赔偿！赔偿！

很多雇主这时候都很无奈：
“是不是解雇员工，就一定要赔？”
“是不是员工闹上劳工部，就一定要赔？”

答案：不是！
只要雇主能有合理的解雇理由和相关资料，

As an Employer, What’s the Biggest Fear?

You work hard to build your business, yet still have to deal with employees who show poor attitude, take frequent leave without applying, or even disrupt company operations.

When you finally make the difficult decision to terminate, the employee files a complaint with the Labour Department, demanding more compensation!

At this point, many employers feel helpless:
❓ “Does terminating an employee always mean I must pay compensation?”
❓ “If the employee files a complaint with the Labour Department, does that mean I will definitely have to pay?”

The answer: No!

As long as the employer has a valid reason for termination and proper supporting records, we can stand by you and protect your rights under the law.

Take an example from a case we handled this morning:
An employee with a poor attitude was terminated and demanded more than RM10,000 in compensation.
We presented the case clearly and firmly.
🔹 Final decision: The employer did not have to pay a single cent.

Our principle is simple:
✔️ What the employer must rightfully pay, we do not avoid.
❌ What is not required to be paid, we will not allow you to overpay.

If you are facing employee disputes, remember to prepare:
1. Valid reasons for termination,
2. Attendance and work records,
3. Any other relevant docs & evidence.
