Junior Admin Executive
A. Chong & Co.

Position: Permanent | Base RM2,200.00 (Negotiable)

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Junior Admin Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily administrative operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. This position offers valuable hands-on experience and opportunities for professional growth within our firm.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mail & Courier Management: To handle incoming and outgoing mail, including couriering documents at the nearest post office and managing Lalamove arrangements.
• Office & Supplies Management: To monitor and maintain the inventory of stationery and office supplies, and to ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including disposing of rubbish before the weekend.
• Support to Legal Staff: Provide administrative support to lawyers, legal clerks, and paralegals. Assist in preparation file for hearings, trials, client consultations, and assist with submissions of relevant documents/applications at the relevant authorities’ offices.
• Client: To assist in answering and making phone calls, and to handle updates and follow-ups via email or WhatsApp related to submissions, letter posting, and email correspondence.
• Administrative & Clerical Support: To organize and maintain proper filing of both physical and electronic records; to print, bind, and arrange bundles for court filings or client meetings; and to prepare and format legal documents, letters, and court forms as instructed.
• Minutes Meeting: To records and updates the minutes meeting.
• Others Ad-Hoc Task: Assist with document submissions within the Klang Valley area, if required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Educational Background: Candidates with a Diploma or higher qualification in any field are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. Candidates without experience are also eligible to apply and will be considered.
• Language Proficiency: Good command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
• Transportation: Must have your own vehicle.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Personal Attributes: Independent, diligent, reliable, and motivated. Able to meet tight deadlines, work smart, and adapt quickly to changing job requirements.
• Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively in a result-oriented team or independently.

We are looking for creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Social Media Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the firm’s marketing and business development efforts through effective content creation, audience engagement, and digital strategy ex*****on. This position offers valuable hands-on experience within a professional legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Strategy & Planning: Ensure all content complies with legal advertising regulations and professional ethics guidelines.
• Content Creation & Copywriting: Draft professional, informative and engaging content tailored for a legal audience.
• Platform Management: Scheduling & publishing posts, monitoring comments and direct messages professionally, escalating legal inquiries to relevant lawyers, ensuring confidentiality and ethical communication standards.
