It is with mixed emotions that we announce the departure of our Co-founder & Managing Partner, Safwan Saleh effective 30/9/2025.

Mr. Safwan has decided to pursue new opportunities elsewhere after nearly 4 years of exemplary service here in SMSCO. Moving forward, the remaining Partners will continue running day-to-day operation & serving our clients.

We would like to thank Mr. Safwan for his visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to SMSCO during his time here & wish him all the success in his future endeavors.

Anakguam kami telah dituduh di bawah Seksyen 354 Kanun Keseksaan di Mahkamah Majistret Sepang pada Mei 2022. Setelah lebih 3 tahun pertarungan bagi mencari keadilan, Y.A. Majistret pada hari ini memutuskan bahawa pihak Pendakwaan telah gagal untuk membuktikan kes prima facie terhadap anakguam kami, seterusnya memerintahkan beliau dilepaskan & dibebaskan daripada pertuduhan tanpa perlu membela diri. Tahniah diucapkan kepada Managing Partner Safwan Saleh & Cik Tasha Farhana dari Tetuan Tasha & Co. atas kejayaan berkenaan.
