Dear fellow testator, do you know that your Will’s priority beneficiaries are creditors and regulators⁉️

Once you are no longer around, all your assets and bank accounts will be freeze, family members need to appoint a lawyer to apply for a GP at court.

At the same time, the family needs to list out all assets, which may take around 2-6 months. Executors need to advertise for 2 months for creditors to come forward to claim any outstanding taxes & debts. 😫😫

Finally, the remaining estates can only be distributed to all the designated beneficiaries. This entire process can take up to 1-2 years. Not to mention if there is any dispute among family members or contest in court, this process will drag on even longer.😢
