𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗹!

We successfully defended an appeal by the Plaintiff against the High Court’s refusal to grant an injunction to restrain our client from dealing with two parcels of land valued at RM4.6 million.

The Court of Appeal agreed with our submissions that there was nothing to warrant an injunction against our client’s right to dispose of the properties.

The appeal was dismissed, with costs of RM15,000 awarded in our client’s favour.
