一张图带你简单了解没有立遗嘱的前提下，财产如何分配？

很多人或许不知道，立遗嘱和没立遗嘱，差别真的很大。

✅ 有遗嘱
有遗嘱就像提前规划好了一切，
往后家人只需要按照遗嘱去执行，
程序清晰，时间也相对短，
少了许多不必要的麻烦和争议。

❌ 没遗嘱
如果没有遗嘱，
一切只能按照法律既定的分配顺序来处理，
程序会复杂许多，耗时更长，
往往也无法真正符合自己的心意。

夫妻联名供房产，一方不在房产都不属另一方
💥你以为夫妻联名买房，房子就自动属于对方？

真相是：另一方走了，房贷你继续要供，房债你要还清，房子却“不是你的”！

在马来西亚，即使夫妻联名贷款与持有产权，若其中一方不幸离世而没有立遗嘱，
另一个配偶也不会自动获得全部房产所有权。

相反，房产将依据《1958年分配法令》（Distribution Act 1958）进行继承，

根据《1958年分配法令》，另一方的股份这样分：
🔹 50% 给孩子们
🔹 25% 给父母（岳父岳母或家婆家公）
🔹 25% 才是合法配偶所有

那如果岳父岳母或家婆家公过后去世没立遗嘱？
⚠️ 那这25% 的份额就会分给已故配偶的兄弟姐妹！
👉 所以才会常见：一间屋子，竟然变成“十多个人房产拥有权”，麻烦纠纷就开始来了！
👉 你辛苦供房，最后却和小姑、小叔、外人一起“合伙”拥有这房产。

在马来西亚，如果配偶没有立遗嘱，即使夫妻联名供房，房贷continue供，房债另一方负责100%还清，可是房产也不会100%转给你。😮😮😮

❌ 没有遗嘱
❌ 没有遗产规划
= 配偶去世，房产继承乱成一锅粥
一个没规划好的房子，
不仅打乱生活节奏，还可能引发家庭争产风暴！

✅ 想避免这种情况，其实很简单：
立遗嘱 + 提前做资产规划，就能指定房产留给你最爱的人，确保房贷不会白供，房产不会落入“意外之人”手中！
