In Loving Memory of Mr. Kok Yang Kuang (1945 – 2025)
With heavy hearts, we bid farewell to one of our most cherished teammates, Mr. Kok Yang Kuang, who recently passed away at the age of 80 after a brief illness.
Mr. Kok was more than just a senior real estate agent with ARK United Realty — he was a true embodiment of passion, perseverance, and unwavering commitment. Based in Kota Bharu, Mr. Kok faithfully served alongside us for the last 8 years. Despite the distance, he never missed a single meeting, event, or training. Rain or shine, he would drive all the way to Kuala Lumpur — and not once was he ever late.
He was a man of discipline, quiet strength, and contagious enthusiasm. At 80 years old, he continued to impress us with his vitality, his sharp mind, and his heart to learn and grow. In every way, he was a role model — a walking testimony that age is never a barrier to purpose.
To Mr. Kok, real estate was never just a job. It was a mission. A calling. His resilience and energy reminded all of us what it truly means to be driven by passion and conviction. Obstacles never stopped him. In fact, he bulldozed through them with grace.
To many of us, he was a mentor. To all of us, he was family.
We honour his legacy today, not with sadness, but with deep gratitude. Thank you, Mr. Kok, for inspiring us. For showing us how to live fully and serve faithfully. Your presence will be deeply missed, but your legacy will forever be part of ARK United Realty’s story.
Rest in peace, dear Mr. Kok. You’ve run your race well.
