Subang Airport WM Car Rental

Terms and Conditions:

1. Rates quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and subject to change without prior notice.
2. Operating hours (delivery and returning of car) are between 8.00 am to 11.00 pm. Extra charges are made outside the operating hours.
3. If the hirer did not return the car more than 12 hours from the time of the rental without prior notice, a police report will be made on the hirer.

he fuel of the car must be refilled in the same fuel level as when it was taken.
5. The hirer is responsibe for the safety and good condition of the car.
6. The hirer shall comply with all road regulations of Malaysia.
7. The hirer should not use the car for the purpose of criminal activites e.g. smuggling, racing and any activity that violates the Law of Malaysia.
8. The hirer is not allowed to bring the car outside the Malaysian border.
9. All parking fees or traffic fines incurred during the rental period is the responsibility by the customer. Additional RM50 will be charged to the customer for every summons paid by Watan Merdeka Enterprise. If the car rented was involved in an accident and was admitted to a workshop, the hirer must pay half of the rental rate during the period and the cost of repairing the car.
10. The hirer is to return the vehicle when the vehicle reach 5000 Km or multiple of it. Any damage to the vehicle due to late servicing will be the responsibility of the hirer. We reserve the right to impose a penalty of RM1 per Kilometer after 500 Km exceeding the service limit.
11. The hirer is responsible to make total payment for weekly or monthly rental when receiving vehicle and thereafter on or before the date of the succeeding week or month. We reserve the rights to terminate the rental agreement if the customer fails to make payment at the time specified
12. Pets and alcohol are not allowed in the car.
