This week, our partner Mr Calvin and our intern Louis had the opportunity to attend a 2 days trial at the Sessions Court of Kulim, Kedah.

The case involved a breach of an oil and gas contract, providing a unique insight into the complexities of contract disputes within the energy sector.

Fun fact: Kulim, located in the state of Kedah, is known for its rich history and rapid industrial growth. Often referred to as the "Silicon Valley of the East".

"Hello this is Fei Bi! It’s such a great honour and privilege to join the team in CHP.
