We are proud to announce that the firm played a significant role in advising our client, 9R Leisure Sdn Bhd (a wholly owned subsidiary of 9R Limited, which is a public company listed on the Catalist board of SGX) in the acquisition of shares of seven (7) Malaysian private limited companies, operating the karaoke business of "Red Box" and "Green Box".
