通过whatsapp send 合约，对方已读不回，是否可以当成默认？

已读不回，不代表一定没事。
在商业交易里，如果对方收到合约后没有反对，甚至继续配合交易、收货、付款或执行内容，法院有可能认定双方已经默认同意合约。

但单靠 ‘seen 不回复’，未必百分百等于法律上的接受。关键还是要看双方后续行为与证据。”
