These owners, like most of us bought their parcels based on representations made in official brochures, videos, scale model at sales gallery & promises made by agents & developer during booking. They sued for misrepresentation & fraud.

Our learned & much worthy opponents won at trial court & we are awaiting grounds of judgment. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐛𝐮𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬. 𝐖𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐥 as they could not digest the fact that the judgment also has the effect of making them pay more than the SPA purchase price amongst other things.

We look forward to a fair & just resolution of their issues soon. We are honoured to play a small part in their pursuit of fair resolution.

We concluded a long running trial involving a tripartite dispute with interesting facts. Parcel owner constructed a glass house attached to his unit to have “afternoon tea” while the JMB wanted to maintain uniformity of facade. Parties concluded their respective oral submissions today. We represented the developer, Sri Seltra Sdn Bhd & the JMB. Awaiting just outcome.
