These owners, like most of us bought their parcels based on representations made in official brochures, videos, scale model at sales gallery & promises made by agents & developer during booking. They sued for misrepresentation & fraud.
Our learned & much worthy opponents won at trial court & we are awaiting grounds of judgment. ๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐ข๐๐งโ๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ฌ๐ ๐ก๐จ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฒ๐๐ซ๐ฌ. ๐๐ ๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐๐๐ฅ as they could not digest the fact that the judgment also has the effect of making them pay more than the SPA purchase price amongst other things.
