想买房，但是不知道怎么选发展商？别担心，马来西亚最畅销的房地产杂志《Property Insight》与亚洲顶尖的市场研究顾问公司 - Acorn Marketing & Research Consultan (M) Sdn. Bhd. (下简称为“Acorn”) 合作进行了一项市场调查，为马来西亚人投选出「百大房地产发展商」。
《Property Insight》董事经理，Dato' KK Chua表示：
百大发展商是一项指标，购房者在决定购买任何房产之前可以先参考这项指标，让购房者更有信心和安心。

百大房地产发展商是由700多位受访者的严谨调查，最终得出入选的100家房地产发展商公司。评选标准包括了四大主要因素：
A）人民之声（50％）
综合发展商的品牌知名度、消费者意见、品牌推荐度和品牌形象/声誉。
B）财务状况（30％）
良好健康的财务状况也是购房者首要考量的条件，财务状况将会审核发展商的公司总收入和净利润。
C）品牌知名度（10％）
购房者对于品牌的熟悉度也十分重要，品牌知名度将综合发展商在网络、社交媒体、传统媒体、平面媒体、户外广告、展览和博览会的曝光率作为评分标准。
D）公司资历（10％）
发展商的资历包括成立至今的年份以及是否被住房和地方政府部列入黑名单也在考量内。
百大房地产发展商是马来西亚历史上首次正式的发展商投选，Acorn营销总经理Michael Chong也表示：这项壮举将成为马来西亚房地产行业的颠覆者，百大房地产发展商殊荣将为其他发展商树立榜样。
除此之外，成功入选百大房地产发展商还有助于提高本地发展商的品牌知名度，名列榜上的发展商能够让买家更放心。此贴图为最终入选百大房地产发展商的发展商（排名不分先后）。
