就是 【联名资产是自动属于联名人的】
比如：联名的银行户口，联名的房子……

#大马的1958年分配法令 （Distribution Act 1958）
说明大马人的私人和联名资产有指定的分配方式

在没有立遗嘱的情况下，资产的分配方式：
【25%】是分配给自己的父母
【25%】是属于另一半的
【剩余50%】是分给孩子的

这也意味着 #一间房子就会有好多位受益人

我患癌的丈夫最近与病魔抗战失败而离世了。

我们一直认为立遗嘱只是丈夫离世之前必须从清单中理清的事项之一，因此在他住院期间，就立了一份相当简单的遗嘱。

现在我丈夫已经去世了，我才意识到他的遗嘱里只使用了【孩子】这个词，而不是他们具体的名字。

我们目前有两个儿子，而我预计几个月后就要生产了。

我最小的孩子是否有权利获得我丈夫的遗产？
