土著vs非土著 房地产购买率对比

根据财政部旗下产业估价及服务局(JPPH)资料显示,去年土著的房地产购买率平均仅达39.5%,即9万7722个单位,而非土著平均有53.4%,为13万2091个单位,其余7.1%则由企业所持有。

国家产业资料中心(NAPIC)主任古赛玛指出,当局发现虽然过去5年来,土著的土地买卖交易有增长,但增长率无法与非土著匹比。

她指出,土著房产买卖是不成对比的,因为土著占大马人口的60%。她认为,土著和非土著的土地交易比例应该是50:50。

询及为何土著置产的比例会比非土著低,她认为可能是土著购屋是为了居住,而非土著购屋的目的是为了投资。她也补充,土著对于产业交易上,不比非土著来得有商业头脑。
