Job Description:
SENIOR CONVEYANCING CLERK

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Immediate Availability – Able to commence work immediately;
2. Relevant Experience – Minimum 5 years of working experience in assisting conveyancing legal documentation;
3. Technical Proficiency – Competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel;
4. Personal Attributes – Highly motivated, eager to learn, hardworking, and committed to responsibilities;
5. Communication Skills – Strong communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Malay;
6. Organisational Skills – Well-organised with the ability to multitask effectively;
7. Work Ethic – Demonstrates good work discipline and a responsible attitude;
8. Independence – Able to work independently and diligently with minimal supervision;
9. Personality Traits – Outgoing, meticulous, responsible, and performance-driven; &
10. Professional Appearance – Physically presentable with a professional demeanour.

1. Salary: Based on experience;
2. Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.;
3. Benefits: Letter of Offer, EPF & SOCSO contributions.; &
4. Leave: Annual leave provided
