Recruiting Real Estate Negotiators/Property Agents

Job description:
- Sell/rent out residential and commercial properties, including houses, apartments, condos, shoplots, factories, lands etc. Benefit:
- Unlimited high income
If you made a sale, your commission will be:
*Condo: RM500,000 x 3% = RM15,000
*Double-storey House: RM800,000 x 3% = RM24,000
*Semi-detached House: RM1.5m x 3% = RM45,000
*

Shoplot: RM2.5m x 3% = RM75,000
*Land: RM15m x 3% = RM450,000
If you rented out a property, you will earn:
*Condo: RM2,000 x 1 month = RM2,000
*Shoplot: RM10,000 x 1 month = RM10,000
*Factory: RM25,000 x 1 month = RM25,000

- Professional coaching and training provided

Qualification:
- Must possess own transport
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu & English
