Selling my fifth Kiaramas Sutera unit during the pandemic was an uneasy process that I am truly grateful for. The negotiation part was a roller coaster ride, except for the restrictions on movement that made the deal more challenging. The seller accepted the initial offer, but then decided not to sell, which sent me from heaven to earth. Despite the loss I felt, the analysis I gave to the seller was my last hope, and I knew it was a death struggle and not a magical turnaround. But things changed a week later when the seller called me and what an unforgettable feeling My heart was beating fast, my adrenaline was soaring and I couldn't control my legs from jumping around 😅. Life definitely has its ups and downs, be grateful in the lows and stay humble in the highs.
