Low profile property tycoon Malton Berhad aka. Pavillion Group’s boss Tan Sri Desmond Lim is rumoured to have bought 3.56-acres of land at Jalan Raja Chulan KL where Hakka Restaurant site at RM4,000 psf (~RM620.6 million)!!!

The iconic restaurant’s corner land site on is just next to Pavilion’s Banyan Tree and across Pavilion KL.

Is Pavilion Group’s boss planning to build extension of Pavilion KL 2 and add-in another hotel & service suites towers under the group and to be pumped into Pavilion REIT in future?
