We won despite the last minute engagement for trial!
The Judge agreed with the majority of the arguments raised.
The Plaintiffs’ case was dismissed.
The Defendants’ counterclaim was partly allowed.
The DMC is enforceable and binding on the 42 luxury bungalow owners and the developer.
