1. Able to draft Sub-sale Sale and Purchase Agreement and handle the file from beginning until completion.
2. to prepare banking sub documentation.
3. to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities i.e. Registrar of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN etc.
4. Prepare legal advise on all aspects of sale and purchase transaction and loan drawdown.
5. Handle and attend to signings of Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan Documentation
