We are pleased to announce the promotion of 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝘆𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗻 𝗭𝗲 𝗫𝗶𝗻 and 𝗟𝗶𝗺 𝗝𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝘆𝗶 to 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲, marking a significant milestone in their professional journeys with the Firm.
Both Jacyn and Jia Chyi began their legal careers at the Firm as pupils, and have progressed steadily through the ranks to become valued and dependable members of their respective practice groups. Their advancement from pupillage to Senior Legal Associate reflects not only their individual dedication, capability and professionalism, but also the Firm’s commitment to developing talent through rigorous training, mentorship and exposure to complex, high-value legal work.

Jacyn has developed a broad and robust litigation practice, demonstrating both tactical acuity and strategic foresight across a wide spectrum of dispute matters. Her experience spans contractual and tortious claims, corporate and commercial litigation, construction disputes, as well as injunction and declaratory relief applications.
Throughout her development at the Firm, Jacyn has distinguished herself through meticulous preparation, thoughtful legal analysis and persuasive advocacy. She consistently brings intellectual rigour, sound judgment and practical insight to every matter she handles, earning the confidence of clients and colleagues alike.

Jia Chyi is a key member of the Firm’s Corporate, Capital Markets & M&A practice. Since joining the Firm as a pupil, she has grown into a trusted transactional lawyer with strong technical foundations and a keen commercial sensibility.
Her practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and initial public offering (IPO) exercises, as well as regulatory, licensing and compliance matters. Jia Chyi has been actively involved in complex corporate and capital markets transactions, contributing meaningfully to transaction ex*****on, regulatory coordination and deal management. Her attention to detail, responsiveness and practical approach have made her a valuable contributor to both domestic and cross-border matters.
