Kow Yip Chang

Mr. Kow Yip Chang holds honor degree of laws from Northumbria University at Newcastle England since 2009. Afterward, He joined the legal division of few reputable multinational companies headquartered in the countries such as Malaysia, Belgium and Japan that expertise in trading and/or manufacturing industry.

Numerous intellectual properties projects for the products and invention of such companies, including but not limited to the draft, application, hearing and registration of intellectual properties are handled by Mr. Kow independently. With such experiences, Mr. Kow conferred as a qualified Intellectual Agent by Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO).

Apart from intellectual properties projects mentioned above, Mr. Kow also participated in plenty business decision making with amount worth multi million USD with the top management of such multi-national companies for their best interests and to minimize the potential and foreseeable risks such as review and revision of sales agreement and non-disclosure agreement in business aspect, implementation of internal compliance policies and the overall transaction risks management that relevant to them.
