The 40km MRT3 is the last portion of the MRT lines in the Klang Valley.
It will be a loop largely in the city centre passing through several prominent buildings and shopping areas and, according to the earlier plan, it was to cover areas such as Kerinchi, Jalan Duta, Setiawangsa, Salak Selatan, Pandan Indah and Bandar Malaysia.

PETALING JAYA: A review of the Mass Rapid Transit Line 3 (MRT3) or MRT Circle Line project, which was suspended earlier, is under way and various new funding options, including possibly getting real estate developers and owners to partially fund the project may be explored.

Please understand something extremely significant. Government collected an average of RM9,937 per transaction for properties over 5 years from the real property gains tax (RPGT)? This is 5%. Now imagine what about the remaining 95% which belong to the owners / sellers? It's a WOW... Property investment is wonderful.

Many months ago, someone told me that due to Real Property Gains Tax (RPGT) he does not find the property market to be that attractive

'cheaper' properties for foreigners? KL has around 4,000 units of them with a value of RM8.4 billion. There are technically zero units for Selangor currently. Penang says RM800,000 may be the price and valid for just 6 months. Melaka CM says...
