[Moving from good to great!]

Malaysia, after celebrating its independence on August 31st, is today honouring the 57th year of Malaysia agreement!

This beautiful country, Malaya + Sarawak + Sabah (at the time of signing the agreement known as North Borneo) has been consistently growing in the past 57 years till becoming the second most developed country in SEA and a great land of opportunities.

I've been here for 22 years of my life and I do not regret my decision in 1998 to move here from my Kampung Country, Italy.

Here I've been accepted by the great people known as Malaysians and today I really feel like one of them; always looking at Malaysia with pride and acting to make it even better!

I hope I will be given the chance to become a permanent resident here sooner or later. I'll keep doing my very best to promote the really great opportunities offered and attracting even more foreigners to invest and move here.

Malaysia Boleh!

[Property Game is Over! The Hong Kong drama style of Malaysian Property Market]

I guess we all have watched those Hong Kong drama series where there is an endless story about the good and the bad, police against gangsters in a fast moving forward action and then, right when you think it’s over…..bye bye, we’ll see you tomorrow.

It leaves a bit bitter taste in your mind and mouth hahaha!

Well, lately, the Malaysian Property market has been performing or better behaving a bit following this style. To day tak boleh tahan tomorrow, ari baru, suddenly this project sold out that one record booking and so on.

What the heck is happening and what we all may expect in the near future?

[Why I say Malaysian Properties are the Hidden Gem of ASEAN!]

Propenomy, the model that I’ve used for years in preparing all my property market studies and analysis, clearly spells that a healthy and profitable property market can only be generated within countries having:

- Good and stable economic growth
- Good and fair wealth distribution
- Enough pullers for foreigners to invest (in-flow of FDI)
