She almost gave up her dream…
when she failed her CLP.

When Ambi joined us in 2023,
she was a little lost.

But she didn’t give up.
She kept growing. She kept going.

In 2024, she lost her father…
yet she stayed strong,
taking care of her mother and continuing her journey.

Today, 22.3.2026
is her wedding day.

She prepared a dotti for me,
a sari for my wife,
and invited not just me…
but my partner Daniel and the team.

Not as colleagues
but as family.

That moment reminded me:
we are not just building a firm.
We are building people… and walking life together.

Different stages. One mission.

Sometimes, it’s not the courtroom that moves me.
It’s moments like this.

A chambering student,
a young lawyer,
a senior lawyer —
standing together.

Different stages,
but the same intention.

To learn.
To grow.
To serve society better.

In this profession,
we don’t just build careers.
We carry responsibility.

And when I see them walking this journey with passion,
I feel deeply touched.

Because this is not just a firm.
This is a place where people grow into who they are meant to be.

有时候，让我感动的，
不是法庭里的那一刻，
而是这样的瞬间。

实习律师、年轻律师、资深律师，
站在一起。

不同阶段，

🇲🇾 25–26 岁还在读书考试，会很丢脸吗？

当别人已经工作、创业、晒收入截图，
你却还在图书馆，
还在准备考试，
还在等一个不知道会不会通过的结果。

这个世界很快，
快到好像——
慢一点都是错。

然后你开始怀疑自己：
是不是落后了？
是不是不够聪明？
是不是走错路？

但其实，
人生不是比谁快，
而是你有没有走在一条
你愿意为它负责的路上。

追梦慢一点，不等于废掉。
还在读书，也不代表没有野心。
有些梦，本来就不是用来赶的，
是用来熬的。

不是每一个坚持都会马上有答案，
但只要你还没放弃，
结局就还没写完。

这一集，
给所有还在努力的人。
包括曾经两次失败、第三次才通过的 Tea。

慢，不是输。
放弃，才是。

Did I choose the wrong path?

But life isn’t about who moves the fastest.
It’s about whether you’re walking a road
you’re willing to take responsibility for.

Taking longer doesn’t mean you’re lost.
Still studying doesn’t mean you lack ambition.
Some dreams aren’t meant to be rushed.
They are meant to be endured.

Not every effort gives you an immediate answer.
But the moment you give up,
that’s when the story truly ends.

不是说读书不重要。

有团队之后，
孤独感反而更明显。

不是因为没人陪，

带人，不只是分工。

替他们挡住那些他们还看不见的风。

有些压力不能讲，
因为讲了会动摇士气。
有些犹豫不能问，
因为你就是那个答案。

这不是负担，
这是位置。

当你开始感到孤独，
也许不是失去了陪伴，
而是你正在承担更多。

而我慢慢明白——
如果有人必须站在前面，
那我愿意。

因为当一个人愿意承担，
一群人就能安心成长。
