Mr. Tan Kee Tay graduated and obtained his law degree from King’s College, London and is a member of Lincoln’s Inn. He commenced practice in the year 1999 during which he worked in Messrs Peter Huang & Richard which specialized in intellectual property law.
He has reached 22 years of Practice this year and specializes in conveyancing of property matters and transactions inclusive of Company Loans and other Loan Instruments. He also had another stint in ChemOne, a Singapore-based company specializing in oil, gas and plantation development with projects across Asia for over 30 years. During his tenure
in the company, Mr. Tan oversaw the said company’s entire legal matters ranging from project financing, corporate finance matters, construction legal works and civil litigation matters.

Mr. Mohd Safuan Bin Sulaiman graduated and obtained his law degree from International Islamic University of Malaysia. He completed his pupilage in Pulau Pinang on January 2016.

Ms. Nur Shafika Hanis Binti Rosli graduated and obtained her law degree from Multimedia University. She did her pupillage in the chambers of Messrs Nusrah Zol & Associates in Alor Setar, Kedah from June 2015 until April 2016. She was admitted to practice as an
Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in May 2016.
During her period of pupillage, she gained experience and knowledge by dealing with massive amount of clientele on a daily basis and usually liaises with the officers of court as well as personnel from the other departments.
