Recruitment Notice

We are hiring: Pupils in Chambers

Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday-Friday
Location: Cheras Mutiara Central

Our law firm is looking for a chambering student and/or interns who is passionate about gaining hands-on experience in conveyancing, litigation, and family law.

Requirements for Pupil in Chambers:
✅ Graduated LL.B (Hons.) from a recognised university
✅ Completed CLP / BPTC / local recognised universities with exemptions
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
✅ Good legal research, drafting and analytical skills
✅ Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
✅ Strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Scope:
🔹 Assist in drafting legal documents, agreements & pleadings
🔹 Conducting legal research & case preparation
🔹 Attending court hearings, case management & client meetings
🔹 Assisting in conveyancing matters (S&P agreements, loan documentation etc.)
🔹 Handling family law cases (divorce, custody etc.)

*Short terms internship programme is also open for Law diploma/LLB's student.

🏛️ Legal Victory Update! 🏛️

Thrilled to share a significant milestone in our legal journey! 🎉 We represented the Plaintiff in a goods sold & delivered case, securing victories in both the Magistrate and High Courts. 🏆

However, the story doesn't end there! The Defendants, dissatisfied with the outcomes, recently filed a Notice of Motion under Section 68(1) of the Courts of Judicature Act 1964.

In a gripping turn of events, we successfully opposed the Defendant's motion for leave to appeal. 💼 Notably, all three Court of Appeal's judges unanimously agreed with us, declaring the motion without merit! 🙌

We appreciate the hard work and dedication of our legal team! 🤝👩‍⚖️👨‍⚖️
