Last week a client (29 y/o) asked us:
"What's the difference between MRTA and MLTA? My banker said MRTA is better."

We showed her this comparison. Her jaw dropped.

The bottom line:
MRTA = cheaper, but if you pass away, ONLY the bank gets paid. Your family inherits the house — but no extra money.

MLTA = pricier, but if you pass away, the bank gets paid AND your family gets the cash difference. That's protection that follows the people you love.
